Our inspector and owner Dale is certified with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and is a Registered Home Inspector with CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors).
Dale began his working life as a brick layer, he also worked in roofing, damp proofing, general contracting and demolition. Dale was also an owner/operator of a successful stone countertop company. Afterwards Dale worked his way up from a green hand position up into an operations management position at a large oilfield servicing company. During that time he was involved in inspecting active oilfield sites, all of these skills combined together to make him a very thorough home inspector.
