I have had a horrible experience with BOCC for my previous inspection, so I was skeptical on choosing one for my latest inspection. I was not sure about InspectWest since there are not much reviews, but he went extra mile and did a great inspection.Not only his work was top notch, the technology he uses too - drone, inspection reporting tool is very user friendly. Moreover, he had done “recall checking” as part of the job and shared with me a report on all the appliances too, which I think most other inspectors don’t do. His report has clear breakdown by severity - Serious, Moderate and Minor, which was really helpful for us to make a decision.I would go with InspectWest for my next inspection too and highly recommended to other first time home buyers like myself.
